  • Experience the Isle of Mulls unique wildlife at the neighbouring Glen Seilisdeir/Tiroran Forest Eagle Hide (our famous Whitetail Sea Eagles and otter families are regular and frequent visitors to the hotel grounds, skies, shores, and private beach)
  • Let us organise a wildlife trip or sea safari (to spot whales and dolphins) or guide you to the best island beaches, walks and scenery
  • Visit Tobermory, less than an hour away from the hotel (the Isle of Mulls capital with its bustling harbour, artisan shops and restaurants)
  • Take the short foot passenger ferry to Iona, less than an hour away, with its breathtakingly beautiful white sandy beaches and famous abbey.  Take lunch and/or a short boat trip onwards to Staffa to see the puffin colony and Fingals Cave
  • Let us guide you to the best walks and climbs on the island including neighbouring Benmore, the island’s only Munro, the wonderful Burg (& Mccullochs Fossil Tree) with its breathtaking views (this popular walk begins at Tiroran) or through the local forest tracks or our own private estate

  • Relax with a pre-dinner drink, perhaps a Whitetail Gin & tonic in the hotels convivial country house drawing room, conservatory or bar areas overlooking the large beautiful gardens and loch, and enjoy the genuine and convivial house party atmosphere that prevails
