Very large (rectangular) room with parchment and pale blue decor - Two windows facing over the side gardens, burn (stream) and orchard, large bathroom with separate vanity area, king sized bed.

Rose Room - Loch View - £158 - £185

Very large (square) room with lemon and white decor and original mahogany and black fireplace - Window with stunning views of the gardens and loch, super-king (or twin) bed with large vanity basin area in the main bedroom, bathroom with small bath and overhead shower.

East Room - Loch View £158 - £185

Very large (rectangular) room with with Cream and pale blue decor - Outlook over the front gardens and loch, super-king (or twin) bed and large bathroom.

Green Room - Loch View £150 - £175

Good sized room with pale green decor and original copper fireplace - A separate smaller dressing/sitting room, both rooms face over the front gardens and loch and there is a good sized bathroom - The bed is king size and the TV is in the bedroom.

Lavender Room - Garden View £140 - £160

Good sized room with Lavender and white toile decor - King sized bed and large bathroom. This room is to the rear of the house so overlooks the grassy bank and is very private. Like all our rooms - it is very pretty so what it lacks in view, it makes up for in decor!

Garden Room - Garden View £150 - £175

Very large (rectangular) room with Parchment decor on the ground floor, separate and additional side door entrance to the patio, side gardens and onwards to the main gardens. Rich silk curtains and a super-king bed (or twin if required) large bathroom. We recommend this room to people who find stairs challenging.

Pine Room - Garden View £138 - £160

Good sized pretty room on the ground floor - soft pale green, rose and white decor. The walls and ceiling of this room are the original style of the house and the brass fire place is decorated with hand painted tiles depicting stags. King sized bed, large window facing over the side garden patio area and good sized bathroom. We recommend this room to people who find stairs challenging.

Annexe Room - Garden View £100 - £135 - not graded by Visit Scotland

Adjacent to the main house and a very short distance from the front door, this room is semi detached (but with a totally separate entrance) to Granny's Cottage - A specious pale green room, with new bathroom (hand shower) and double bed. A suitable room for dog owners, No TV-but good Wifi connection.

Although this room is perfectly suitable and functional for guests, simple in decor and construction and is freshly decorated with new carpets curtains etc. We do no consider it to have the same high specification as the ones in the main house - hence the price, we will however look after you very well and take care of all your needs in the same way as our other house guests.

From 2011 we shall be offering 2 luxury ensuite and large bedroom suites, these will be adjacent and close to our main house and will be ideal for couples and families alike. 'Woodland' will offer an additional large dressing room/seating entrance, whist our Scridian View Suite - which has spectacular views of the gardens and loch has a log burner and large bathroom. Both suites will be superking or twin and will have the same tasteful decor as the main house. Price £190 and £200 per night per couple including breakfast and vat respectively.
