Complimentary home baking and afternoon tea upon arrival - A small deposit is normally required to secure each booking - All rooms are newly decorated and have hairdryers, tea trays (stocked with Brodie Company teas and coffees and Isle of Mull Bakery biscuits) and satellite TVs. New en-suite bathrooms with baths, hand showers (some with additional overhead showers) and luxury White Company towels, bath robes and fresh white bedlinen - All guests are treated to beautiful Penhaligon's Quercus amenities and guest accessories- All are welcome to complimentary bottled Highland Spring water upon request (despite the fact that our own private water supply is monitored and checked by the Scottish Water Authority is cloth and UV filtered, is beautifully soft and very safe to drink) A complimentary bed turndown service is also available, extra bath robes/towels and any other reasonable requests are welcomed by Tiroran's staff and owners - if we are able to accommodate them - then we will

'Superior' denotes very large room 'Standard' denotes good sized room - However, all rooms are of a very good size and are decorated and finished to the same equally very high standards
 West Room - First Floor - Orchard, Hills and Burn View - Superior Room
Very large (rectangular) room with parchment and pale blue decor - Two windows facing over the side gardens, burn (stream) and orchard, large bathroom with separate vanity area, king sized bed.
 Rose Room - First Floor - Loch View - Superior Room
Very large (square) room with lemon and white decor and original mahogany and black fireplace - Window with stunning views of the gardens and loch, super-king (or twin) bed with large vanity basin area in the main bedroom, bathroom with small bath and overhead shower.
 East Room - First Floor - Loch View - Superior Room
Very large (rectangular) room with Cream and pale blue decor - Outlook over the front gardens and loch, super-king (or twin) bed and large bathroom.

 Garden Room - Ground Floor - Garden View - Superior Room
 Woodland - Upper Floor - with Loch and Garden Views - Superior Room
Adjacent to the main house and in very close proximity, the upper floor of what used to be the old Victorian laundry, this is a luxurious and very large pretty room with fire hearth, new ensuite large bathroom with overhead shower - superking (or twin) sized bed.
 Fuchsia - Ground Floor - Loch and Garden Views - Superior Room
Adjacent to the main house and in very close proximity, this room is on the ground floor of what used to be the old Victorian laundry, a very large and luxuriously pretty suite with superking (or twin) bed and an additional dressing/sitting room leading to the small grassed area and onwards to the main house gardens, ensuite new bathroom with overhead shower.

 Green Room - First Floor - Loch View - Superior Room
Good sized room with green and tartan decor and original copper fireplace - A separate smaller dressing/sitting area (both rooms face over the front gardens and loch) - a good sized bathroom with overhead shower - The bed is king size and the TV is in the bedroom.
 Pine Room - Ground Floor - Garden View - Standard Room
Good sized pretty room on the ground floor - nwely decorated over 2011/12 winter - Sage, Harris Tweed and red decor. The walls and ceiling of this room are the original style of the house and the brass fire place is decorated with hand painted tiles depicting stags. King sized bed, large window facing over the side garden patio area and good sized bathroom. We recommend this room to people who find stairs challenging.
Lavender Room - First Floor - Garden View - Stardard Room
Good sized very pretty room with lavender blue tartan and crisp ivory decor - King sized bed and large bathroom. This room is to the rear of the house so overlooks the grassy bank and is very private

Please note that if you cancel your booking and we are subsequently unable to re let your reservation we reserve the right to charge you for the full reservation costs. We are happy to reimburse costs incurred by cancellations if you are able to re book and complete a stay with us within 7 weeks of the cancellation date and subject to availability.
