Public Rooms

All our rooms are furnished for your comfort and relaxation - Our two drawing rooms, dining room and conservatory are no exception, with comfortable seating, wonderful views, log fires and lots of books and island literature at hand to help plan your stay.

Pre-dinner drinks are served in the two drawing rooms,  giving you the opportunity to chat quietly or with other guests - or make yourself at home on the large cosy sofas, read a book, gaze at the stunning views or plan your next day.

The dining room is intimate, and is always lit by candles in the evening making it very romantic.  The tables are set for you individually so that you have your own space to enjoy your private time together.  The decor and feel of the conservatory is the same as the dining room giving you the same atmosphere - with the addition of the growing vine and also the view across the loch during the summer nights -

After dinner, coffee and tea are served beside the fire where you can also select an after dinner wee dram.

Please see our cuisine page for more information about our menus and breakfast.
