Seabank Self Catering Cottage, Tiroran Isle of Mull
A beautiful stone built Victorian cottage located close to the hotel –  Seabank Cottage nestles in a stunning arm chair location beside the sea and with stunning views across the loch,  ideal for eagle and otter spotting with spectacular waterside views over the loch and mountains of Mull. 5 minutes walk from the hotel gate entrance
A superb cottage for couples who want to escape from it all or equally suitable to 3 people – Saturday – Saturday lets with out of season shorter stays considered
The cottage opens to a large living room with log burning stove, turning left to the large super king bedroom with windows on 2 elevations and overlooking the water.  Turn right for the  single bedroom, large well equipped dining kitchen (overlooking the loch) and bathroom with overhead shower.
The garden is completely enclosed for the safety of your child or pets, and the quiet single track road leads directly to the hotel, Glen Seilisdeir Eagle Hide (at Tiroran Forest) and onto the main roads for the north and south sides of the island, Tobermory and Iona are both under one hour away.
As our cottage guest it is easy to dine, take lunch or walk up for a glass of wine/afternoon tea in the hotel
Free Wifi, satellite TV, linen, towels, heating, logs, coal and many other extras included in the price, no extras. The cottage is cleaned and fully prepared for your arrival.

Another beautiful cottage which is less than a minutes walk to the main hotel and has very easy access to (and is beside) the hotel gardens and grounds leading to the private beach.  This is an ideal location for those who enjoy all the things that would attract them to Tiroran House Hotel or Seabank Cottage – such as the central island location, surrounding wildlife, nearby restaurant within extremely easy walking distance (where you can take breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner subject to availability and our opening times) walks, photographic opportunities and the stunningly scenic location.

During the course of winter 2015 this cottage was upgraded with new carpets, floorings, fully fitted kitchen including integrated dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/small freezer, oven and hob, separate microwave, kettle and toaster etc – The cottage was also redecorated, equipped and furnished so that it is finished to the exacting same high standards of our 4 star self catering and hotel accommodation.

Up to 3 bedrooms available , 1 x king, 1 x double, 1 x twin – 1 x upstairs bathroom with full sized bath and hand shower, 1 x downstairs shower room, large open kitchen/dining room with log burning stove leading to a large sitting room with electric log burner effect stove.  All rooms have additional electric heaters (towel rails in the bathrooms)

There is a small enclosed patio area at the kitchen/dining entrance and the grounds, burn, hills and gardens of Tiroran House surround the cottage.

This cottage is part of a 3 sided Victorian Steadings building just behind the hotel and is an extremely welcoming and comfortable location. Free Wifi and tv with satellite channels and dvd, all linen, towels, heatings, logs and coal etc included in the price, no extras.
