Because our standards are high - the cottages are no exception. Woodland, Grannys and Seabank cottages are all set within this beautiful location, they are an ideal base for families and couples alike. Woodland Cottage Sleeps 4 (one double bedded room and one twin) Grannys Cottage sleeps 5 (additional single bed in 2nd bedroom) Seabank Cottage sleeps 3 (additional full sized Z bed available for a 4th person)

Our cottages are perfectly and centrally located on the Isle of Mull for enjoying stunning Scottish Island scenery, wildlife, birdwatching, walking, climbing and generally discovering Mull and its neighbouring islands. Tiroran is an ideal location for anyone who appreciates photography, taking things more slowly and relaxing in this beautiful location or heading north or south to discover the busy areas of the Isle of Mull - All guests occupying the cottages can take full advantage of the large, well maintained gardens, grounds, private beach or dining at Tiroran House Hotel.

All our cottage guests can experience the privacy and flexibility that you are looking for by choosing a self catering break.

Our cottages are fully equipped for short or longer self-catering breaks, all have satellite TV, modern kitchens and bathrooms with all the usual modern conveniences you would expect along with full central heating (included) to make your holiday easy and convenient. We are very welcoming of dogs by prior arrangement. Normally Saturday changeovers.

Woodland Cottage-This cottage is a stone built converted Victorian Laundry above Tiroran House with stunning views over the front gardens, loch and surrounding hills. Large sitting/dining room (wood burning stove) separate kitchen and upstairs cloakroom. On the lower ground floor there is one king sized bedded room and one twin with a separate good sized new bathroom with shower. Grannys' Cottage- A traditional white painted timber cottage within the grounds of the house and in close proximity. This cottage was refurbished over the winter of 2008/9 and has a new bathroom with overhead shower and kitchen with new decor and floor coverings throughout. There is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with log burning stove. The cottage sleeps 5 easily and is ideal for a couple, 5 friends and families with young children. Decking area outside the cottage with seating. There is a further en-suite annexed room available for larger numbers at an extra charge of £150 for the week - Cottage price - £425 - £575 per week (2010) not click-able but the images can easily be seen by going to the main menu bar above (self catering) and clicking on subtitle 'Granny Gottage' below

Seabank Cottage- A Victorian stone built cottage (end of a small terrace of 3 privately owned cottages) - 10 minutes walk from Tiroran House and overlooking stunning Kilfinichen Bay. Good sized living-room with log burning stove, very large super-king (or twin) bedded room, small single bedroom, New and good sized bathroom with hand shower, good sized newly fitted kitchen with additional solid fuel Rayburn stove - The gardens are completely enclosed for safety and convenience - extra Z bed provided for a 4th person. £425-£575 per week (2010) click on image or the menu bar above for more information

All linen and heating costs are included together with unlimited logs and coal for the wood burning stoves (beds made up prior to arrival so that the cottage is ready for you to start your holiday) . We take a £100 Deposit for each week and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
