Room Prices

£100 to £185 per room per night (not per person) including vat and full breakfast for two with complimentary afternoon tea and home baking upon arrival - Please request a price for single room occupancy at time of booking - A small deposit is normally required to secure each booking* - All rooms have new en-suite bathrooms with baths, and luxury White Company Towels, bath robes, bedlinen and luxury Penhalagon's Quercus guest amenities. Tea/coffee making facilites with island bakery biscuits and hairdryers are provided in each room.- Please see our 'bedroom' drop down page (below 'tariffs') for more information, seasonal pricing and a description of each room.

Dinner

£45.50 per person including vat, all courses, cheese and coffee. No hidden supplements, surcharges or extra charges applied

Cottage Prices - Full week, Saturday - Saturday Self Catering

Dog Owners

We have 2 rooms (Garden and Annexe) available to responsible dog owners, no extra charges apply

Honeymoons/special treats and occasions

Tiroran is the ideal base to spend a special time with your other half, family or friends. The house and cottages are in the perfect location to hide away but equally discover Mull and the surrounding islands. Please contact us with your specific requirements so that we can help you plan a special time in a beautiful place

Young Families

We are happy to accommodate families of all ages, however our menu and dining room is not geared to young children- although, if you feel your children would thoroughly enjoy the experience, then they would be very welcome –Alternatively, we provide early suppers and would be delighted to discuss your individual requirements on a one to one basis. Normally no children under 12 in the dining room

One night bookings

We are happy to take one night bookings if we have the spaces in our diary, however we charge the full cost of the accommodation and dinner reservations in advance of your stay - this is non refundable in the event of any cancellation

* Cancellation policy

Please note that if you cancel your booking and we are subsequently unable to re let your accommodation we reserve the right to charge you for the full accommodation costs. We are happy to reimburse costs incurred by cancellations if you are able to re book and complete a stay with us within 3 months of the cancellation. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance that can cover these eventualities - This insurance is relatively inexpensive.
