(Please note that we only take non-residents by prior arrangement at Tiroran, keeping the house, gardens and beach exclusively for those who have selected to stay - but also because this is our private home)

Exquisite Cordon-bleu food - An elegant, relaxing home from home - Bedrooms that are all individually named and beautifully decorated (super-king, king or twin beds) - Stunning views - New En-suite Bathrooms with lovely pampering products from Penhaligon’s for you to enjoy - Lovely fresh white linen, towels and robes.

Honeymoons/special treats and occasions - Tiroran is the ideal base to spend a special time with your other half, family or special friends. The house is the perfect spot to hide away or discover Mull and the surrounding islands. Please contact us with your specific requirements so that we can help you plan a special time in a beautiful place.

Young Families - We are happy to accommodate families of all ages, however we have no family rooms and our menu and dining room is not geared to very young children –We provide early suppers but would prefer to discuss your individual requirements on a one to one basis.

We have one ground floor room available for dog owners – Again, please contact us with your specific requirements. £5 extra per night.

Normally a minimum two night stay for advance reservations.

Room Prices from- £138 to £155 per room per night (not per person) including vat and breakfast for two - Single discounts sometimes considered -Deposit required to secure each booking - (normally non refundable (individual circumstances considered) Dinner priced at £40 per person including vat, all courses, cheese and coffee.

Cancellation policy - Please note that if you cancel your booking and we are subsequently unable to re let your accommodation we reserve the right to charge you for the full accommodation costs. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance that can cover this eventuality - This insurance is inexpensive and we are happy to recommend a reliable company to you.
