Room prices range from £145 to £200 per room per night

(based on 2 sharing and not per person) including Government vat @ 20% and full breakfast for 2 and complimentary afternoon tea and home baking upon arrival

A small deposit is normally required to secure each booking*

All rooms have new en-suite bathrooms with baths and hand showers (some also have overhead showers) luxury White Company towels, robes, bedlinen and beautiful Penhalagon's Quercus guest amenities. Tea/coffee making facilities with island bakery biscuits and hairdryers are provided in each room.- all rooms have satellite TV

Each Thursday Tiroran House now offers a lighter, more casual supper option - 2 courses - priced at £30 per head including coffee, a glass of house wine and vat

Dog Owners

Some rooms available to responsible dog owners - to which no extra charges apply

we respectfully ask that (for your dogs own safety) he/she should be kept on a lead when in close proximity to the main house, that you do not leave your dog in the room if you are not there, he/she does not go on the furniture (extra dog blankets/towels are available upon request) and that you pick up after him/her - we happily provide bags for your convenience

Honeymoons/special treats and occasions

Tiroran House Hotel is the ideal base to spend a special time as a couple, with your loved ones, family or friends. The house and cottages are in the perfect location to hide away but equally, discover Mull and the surrounding islands. Please contact us with your specific requirements so that we can help you plan your special time in a beautiful place

Young Families

We are happy to accommodate families of all ages, however our menu and dining room is not geared to young children - However, if you feel your children would thoroughly enjoy the experience, then they would be very welcome – Alternatively, we provide early suppers and would be delighted to discuss your individual requirements on a one to one basis. Normally no children under 10 in the dining room

One night bookings

We are happy to take one night bookings if we have the availability in our diary - A full (non refundable) reservation price is charged at the time of booking for single nights

Please note that if you cancel your booking and we are subsequently unable to re let your reservation we reserve the right to charge you for the full reservation costs. We are happy to reimburse costs incurred by cancellations if you are able to re book and complete a stay with us within 7 weeks of the cancellation date and subject to availability. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance that can cover these eventualities - This insurance is relatively inexpensive.
