CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TIRORAN HOUSE HOTEL

A booking confirmation is a contract regarding your booking.  Once you have made a booking either by email or telephone and given us your credit card details you are bound by the following booking conditions and the contract that you have made between yourself and us.

We shall send you an email to confirm the booking.  If you cancel or amend your booking and we are subsequently unable to re let the accommodation we reserve the right to charge your credit card given at the time of booking for the full reservation costs. We are always happy to transfer any cancellation costs incurred for the original booking date to a new booking taken within 8 weeks of the cancellation date subject to availability and our seasonal opening times. This cancellation policy only applies to bookings that are not covered by your travel insurance company.

Deposits to secure bookings are non refundable.

Payment is taken in advance for single night accommodation and at the time of booking, this payment is non refundable in the event of cancellation.

Should you make a table reservation in our restaurant and as a non-resident during our exceptionally busy times we may ask you to to provide credit card details to secure your reservation in our restaurant – should you cancel with less than 48 hours notice we reserve the right to charge £10 per person to cover the cancellation to your card.

Prices quoted on this website and in your confirmation email include vat

Any card details given to us will be held securely for use in settling your bill or for charges in the event of a cancellation as stated above. These charges will not be made before your original departure date so that any accommodation re booked by another party can be taken into consideration.

We are unable to guarantee bookings or reservations if the card details given at the time of booking become out of date or invalid before the reservation is complete.
