Woodland Cottage is elevated from Tiroran House, within the grounds and in close proximity to the house. This cottage is an ideal self catering base to discover Mull and being able to take advantage of the private grounds and gardens of Tiroran House. It is also ideally located for strolling down to the main house for dinner in the Hotel - or equally just being able to tuck yourself away for your holiday on Mull.

There are 17 acres of grounds and gardens leading down to the private beach – which cottage guests are welcome to use. This is a good sized stone built cottage with entrance from the road side (with car parking space) the large living/dining room and has two windows with spectacular views facing over the front gardens and towards the loch.

The cottage also has a good sized newly fitted kitchen with washing and dish-washing machines together with fridge (small freezer) and a wood burning stove in the sitting/dining area. Two bedrooms (downstairs) one small twin bedded room and one large king size bedded room. A new bathroom is also on this floor with a hand held shower for hair washing (an additional cloakroom with small shower is on the upper floor)

You can elect to dine from time to time in the main house (pre-booking normally essential) £40.00 per person (normally no children under 12 due to the menu choices and semi formal atmosphere) Prices from £350 to £490 per week – including all heating, towels, bed and kitchen linen and logs for the wood burning stove (Dogs welcome by prior arrangement but please ask for more information when booking)
